SAMPLE SIZE OILS
Day-Star reserves the right to limit the purchase of
the 2 ounce sample sizes: (2) per scent per order
per household as we deem necessary. Our sample sizes
are priced low to allow the customer to sample
before buying a larger size. Abuse of the sample
ordering will render your order cancelled.
PRICING OR TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS
Day-Star strives to provide accurate product and
pricing information; however, pricing and/or
typographical errors may occur. In the event that an
item is listed at an incorrect price or with
incorrect information due to error, We reserve the
right to refuse or cancel an order placed for that
product. If product is priced incorrectly, Day-Star
has the right to either contact you or cancel the
order. If this occurs, we will notify you of the
cancellation. Prices and availability are subject to
change without notice.

RETURNS
- We do not accept returns of fragrance oils.
- We will not accept returns for fragrances ordered
by mistake. Please pay close attention while
ordering to ensure that you are ordering the correct
oil.
- ALL fragrance oil sales are final. We strongly
recommend sample or sniffie sizes before ordering a
large quantity of oil. No exceptions will be made
will be made.
MISSING ITEMS
- Inspect your package as quickly as possible.
Please report any missing items or mistakes within
48 hours of receipt. After 48 hours we will conclude
that your order is accurate and no refunds will be
accepted
CANCELLATIONS
- You have the right to cancel your order via email
within the first 2 hours of placing it. Any
cancellation after the 2 hours grace period will
incur a $15.00 cancellation fee to be made via
PayPal or credit card.

discretion, to refuse or cancel any order if we feel
it is necessary
- Orders may be cancelled due to availability of
product or inaccuracies in pricing.
- Customer Service will contact you if any portion
of your order is cancelled or if additional
